Inquiry privacy

We collect the name, contact method, city or ZIP code, community, inquiry details, and optional postcard code you submit so we can respond and understand which campaign brought you here. Please leave out street addresses, access codes, key locations, and exact travel dates.

Our website and form are hosted by Netlify. Inquiries are stored there and may be copied to our private business email and Google lead log. Access is limited to people handling your request. We do not sell inquiry information or add you to marketing lists from this form.

Unconverted inquiries are reviewed for removal after 90 days unless a continuing conversation requires retention. Customer records follow the separate service agreement and retention policy.

For an access, correction, or deletion request, use the contact form. Do not include sensitive information. Hosting providers may maintain standard technical and abuse-prevention logs.
